Prevention of some types of cancer with vitamin D3 and iodine.

Vitamin D is not truly a vitamin. It actually is a hormone. Vitamin D3 builds up your immune system to fight off viruses and cancer. Iodine kills fungus, cancer and bacteria. Most people in the United States are deficient in both vitamin D and iodine. This just might explain the high cancer rates here. Keep the dose of vitamin D3 no higher than 2000 IU per day. Too much is not better for you. During the summer months, you can reduce the dose or completely stop taking it, if you get at least 15 minutes of sunshine every day.
