This is the technical support telephone for the Lenovo Notebooks in the USA. You can call them for any troubleshooting problems, you may have and cannot find the answers for on their troubleshooting website page.

Hello... I am facing the problem with the NOVO key too and the solution given here http://www.fixya.com/support/t1919382-problem_novo_key didn't seem to work for me.... I also got information over the net, that if partitions are altered, then NOVO key wouldn't work.... and FYI I have not touched the partitions at all. The "vista" on my "Lenovo Y500" crashed all of a sudden and since then I am unable to restore it to the "Factory settings". Also I am unable to recover the Factory settings with recover CD. Am I missing something here??? Can anyone please help me with this issue ? This Y500 model seems to be a **** for me.... the Laptop works a little wierd especially the DVD drive.... anyone else facing the same problem???

Hi i want to know how to disassmble a lenovo 3000 y500.Its out of warranty and i dont have money to get it repaired.i removed all the screws on the base but still cant seem to pry open the back from the keyboard side.if you know anything about it please reply at the soonest.thatnk you so muc. ithink it is similar to y410 thats why ive posted it under that category
