I know that a lot of people don't like meds I never use to either until my doctor put me on 187.5 MG of Venlafaxine, Yoga, Palaties, and other meditation and exercise. I believe with that combination and also getting involved in activities like church choir, and other involvement like that and having hobbies also help. Having a support group or friends and family for support also help.
