Try using an hairdryer or defrosting the unit completely , this often get rid of blockage caused by frozen lines fixing the problem.

The water lines can also be unblocked from dirt using a thin flexible shaft. This after defrosting.

If all that does not fix the problem, then you may need to replace the water valve, the icemaker solenoid, or the whole icemaker assembly.

One of my refrigerators--the one with the ice maker--is outside. I only make ice in the summer, but--it wouldn't make ice. Turns out, that the line froze over the winter, and because I never shut it off, the water lines never had a chance to thaw. I turned off the freezer compartment (I have controls for both sides--freezer and refrigerator) and let the icey water lines drain--turned it back on, and now it works perfectly again. Unique situation, but maybe this will help someone else.

Can you Help with these Refrigerators problems?
