Greasy hands cleanup / REALLY CLEAN HANDS

If you use strong hand cleaners and scrub brushes you can avoid both.
Soap will attach itself strongly to grease IF it is given a chance.
Typically people first wet their hands with water then add soap.
The water acts as a barrier to the soap to some degree.
Use any liquid dish soap. You only need a few CCs (cubic centimeters).
Apply the liquid soap to the palm of one hand and then rub your hands together
to spread the soap somewhat evenly. Then use your fingertips to work the soap into the grease for about 10 - 30 seconds per hand. The soap has now chemically bonded with the grease. Place your hands under running water while using a sponge with soft nylon mesh (usually white, not green) to remove the soap. The water will now bond to another part of the soap/dirt molecules and pull them off your hands with the help of the mesh.
This concept can be applied to bathing your body. A little soap, a lot of rub.

How do you remove caulk smeared on tiles?

Paint type razor blade used to remove paint from window glass. If the tiles are "rough" that won't work. So good strong brush and a lot of elbow-grease. There may be a strong cleaner recommended by the Caulk Mfg. Lastly, my wife loves 50% household bleach for all kinds of things. I hate the smell though. Need excellent ventilation for strong cleaners or the bleach. "try a small unobvious place first" .

My Bissell carpet shampooer will not dispense water or cleaning solution, nor is the "flow indicator" spinning

most of the Bissell carpet cleaners that have the water heating feature stop pumping water at one time or another. Make sure the belt is still on the pump and if it is then the problem is probably in the heater core in the handle. Hard water deposits plug the tiny little water ways inside the heater core. Pull the heater core and take it apart and clean it with a strong scrub brush and I think vinegar works for cleaning I was told. I just use soap and a brush. Then flush all your lines with hot water. The cause is from hard water deposits or leaving the soap in the cleaner after you use it. Both will stop it from pumping water

One exceedingly dirty Weber - need industrial strength cleaner

Take it to a portion of your yard or driveway that drains well onto your own property and can be washed down. Place the unit on the ground and saturate with any aerosol strong houshold oven cleaner bought from the supermarket. Let the unit soak for a couple of hrs. and then if you have access to a power washer just wash off all the gunk and grease. No need to hand scrub or labor over this. Let dry in the sun. and its like new. Any grease on the driveway or anything else just spray and hose off. Careful of the water spray when washing the grill as the oven cleaner is very caustic and will cause BURNS. Wear Safety Glasses!!!!!!
