Measure Tool for transforming image exactly

Have u ever tried the Measure tool which is located under the eye dropper tool. Its really a cool tool to transform a image.


Suppose an sccaned image is not straight u can use the measure tool to draw a line on the top of the image slanting area and then goto image Rotate canvas - Arbitary and apply Colock wise or anti clockwise according to the desired side the image should be corrected.
