How to add Additional Account Info Property in ADS

Download and Install Additional Account Info in ADS 1. Download acctinfo in zip format [from the link below] or click here.
2. Copy acctinfo.dll to the %systemroot%\system32 folder
3. Register the service and dll with this command:
regsvr32 acctinfo (Similar to registering the schema snap-in)
4. Close, then open Active Directory Users and Computers.
5. Look for an extra tab called Additional Account Info.

Open this link and download the zip file ( click on the top BIG FONTS which states, DOWNLOAD IDLE.DLL )

Extract the file since it is in zip format. Copy the DLL file to C:\windows\system32 folder

cannot use my pictures folder in windows XP, error reads Uxcore.d


Try re-installing uxcore.dll file.

To re-install UXCore.dll

Just follow this repair link (http://www.corruptedfilerepair.com/File-Information/UXCore.dll-Windows-Live-Client-UX-Microsoft-Corporation.asp) and download the file named UXcore.dll

To download and install a DLL file, you will first need to download the DLL file and register it on your computer.

Steps:

1. Download the DLL file from the download link on this page and save the file to one of the folders as seen in step 3. .EXE files do not need to be manually registered.

2. Backup the old version of the DLL file.

3. Click Start > Run and type in the following command:

Windows 95, 98, or Me:
regsvr32 \windows\system\UXCore.dll

Windows NT or 2000:
regsvr32 \WINNT\system32\UXCore.dll

Windows XP or Vista or Windows 7:
regsvr32 \windows\system32\UXCore.dll

Step 1: Download Windows Vista UxTheme patch.
How to install
1. Login as a user with Administrative privileges -or- have Administrative credentials ready (check under the keyboard for a slip of paper).
2. Navigate to %systemroot%\System32
3. Right-click uxtheme.dll and click properties.
4. Take ownership of the file and close dialogs.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for themeui.dll and shsvcs.dll
6. Right-click uxtheme.dll and click properties.
7. Give yourself (or group) Full Control permissions and close dialogs.
8. Repeat steps 6 and 7 for themeui.dll and shsvcs.dll.
9. Rename uxtheme.dll to uxtheme.old.
10. Rename themeui.dll to themeui.old.
11. Rename shsvcs.dll to shsvcs.old.
12. Copy patched files into %systemroot%\System32
13. Reboot

Step 1b: If you find the above too intimidating, download VistaGlazz and just run it, it automates the whole patching process so you don’t have to worry about it!

Step 2: Download a Windows Vista Visual Style from a free Windows Vista Themes gallery, and copy the theme to Windows/Resources/Themes folder.
Step 3: Right click on desktop and click on Personalize. From the page that pops up, click on Theme and choose your newly installed theme!
