How can i operate my media player if theres no audio

how can i get a driver for my mothebord cause it all started when i upgrade my windos xp to windows vista ultimate 2008 32bit after a long week of using vista i get encounter that my media player wont play asking me to insert my sound setting be installed again my son cant play all installed games kindly sent me the right driver. so that i can used my computer again
heres my motherbord is ecs l4vxa2 p4 ddr533
