Tip & How-To about Eaton Home Heartbeat Starter Pack

Eaton Home Heartbeat Starter Pack Description

This is all you need (plus any additional sensors) to know the last status of your sensors when you are home or away from home. The HomeKey takes a "snapshot" of the last sensor status as you leave your house. This gives you the peace of mind knowing that you really did unplug the curling iron or shut the garage door.

The HOMEheartbeat Starter Pack contains the Base Station, a HomeKey, and an Open/Closed Sensor. Everything you need to get started. You simply plugin the Base Station and program your sensor(s) with your HomeKey.

Note: Full use of this product to view your sensors status live requires the Broadband Gateway Extender with a high-speed internet connection and monthly Service Plan. A home telephone line (not a cellular phone) can be used if you purchase Remote Alert packages through Eaton's HOMEheartbeat web site.

Simon 3: A remote window sensor downstairs creates a constant Low Battery beep/message.

it should be a 6 volt, 1.3 amp hour battery. you can get them at batteries plus. best bet is to take the old one with you to the store to ensure that it fits.
