If so You Have To DO THESE STEP IN ORDER
STEP 1-after turn on the camera go to the menu (make sure that its in auto)
STEP 2-Go Down From the Menu Where It Saids Long Time Exposure
STEP 3- Click And Put It To 4.0 Sec Or If You Have One With Longer Time Then Put It Longer
STEP 4-Exit Out Of The Menu
STEP 5-Go Until You See A Light (Any Kind of light like a car,lights,ect)
STEP 6-Press The Picture Button And Wait Until the sound It Makes To Take The Picture
STEP 7-Right After You Hear That Sound Move or Shake It But Dont Throw It Until the Screen Show You Your picture
