This is the tip if the phone gets into water

if the phone gets into water then dont switch on the phone remove the battery and take a hair drier , dry the handset so that the water particles inside get evaporated and after that put the battery and switch on the phone ...

the phone will surely work as normal ...

if you try to switch on before drying then short circuit may occur and you may face some problems like displaying not working etc etc ..

so if the phone gets water damaged then first thing you must do is to dry completely before switching it on ....
