There are a couple things you can do to repair the Microsoft Installer so that the Kodak Software can get propperly Installed or Uninstalled. Try these few things the try to Install the Software again.
open the run window (start menu, run or press the windows key and the R key together)
type in
msiexec /unreg
press enter
open the run window again and type in
msiexec /regserver.
open the run window again and type in
regsvr32 vbscript.dll
Then google or yahoo search for the Kodak Clear utility. download it and run it.
Now restart the installer.

scanner motor move failed error code 5202This is 2nd time this printer has been a problem I really feel ripped off I have a ESP 5 all in one printer. My husband didn't want to buy it and I talked him into it. I think he was right and your company took me for a ride.
