Download Microsoft UAA drivers Uninstall any sound drivers already installed and reboot Install the UAA drivers and reboot then go to device drivers and update your sound drivers. Will go on net to find and install them This should solve your problem

You need the Microsoft UAA drivers for your operating system download them uninstall any sound drivers through device manager right click driver and uninstall then install M/soft UAA drivers reboot when restarted go to device manager, right click sound driver and choose update driver will go on net and find and install them
