I Received Full Refund

have you had any luck getting a refund or replacement for this terrible tv?

Was it still under warranty? I called the number you supplied and Thomsen is trying to deny me any kind of refund claiming the set is no longer under warranty. They first had me to have it diagnosed by an authorized service center and they would reimburse me based on the diagnosis. After I had done this the ASC confirmed if was a defective high voltage transformer and output resistor. When the ASC called Thomsen back with the reference number I was given, Thomsen told them it wasn't covered. A separate callback from a senior representative was not made as promised. Any other details or help you can give would be appreciated. I need some leverage with these people.
