STEP 1Always start laptop dis assembly with removing the battery.
Remove six screws securing the hard drive cover and the heatsink covers.
Remove one screw securing the hard drive to the laptop base.
Disconnect the hard drive and remove it from the hard drive bay.
Remove three screws securing the CPU heatsink to the system board.
Carefully lift off the heatsink off the laptop CPU.
The heatsink is 100% clogged with lint.
If your heatsink is clogged, clean the heatsink with a canned air to prevent your laptop from overheating.
