I have Packard bell easynotee LJ65which won't turn off. I have black screen fan is on. Won't turn on or off

1-Take screen bezel plastic out by removing each screw hidden under a white circular cover around the screen hinges and pry it open with your nails.
2-remove touch button trim above the keyboard by removing 2 x screws hidden under the battery.
3-remove the keyboard by unplugging it from motherboard. be careful on this.
now rest is easy. just remember how the button board fitted in originally as it has a spring behind it. that s bit tricky but you can do it.
The Power button cable gets damaged when you shut and lift open the screen lid over the time and the button become unresponsive therefore you can't power on the laptop.
Such cable exist on ebay. Just buy one and within less than an hour you can fit it in to fix it.

My Dell falt panel monitor with model 1901FP displays for a second and switches back to no signal. What should i do?

1. remove plinth from monitor by pressing the button on the back of the screen
2. Remove four black screws that attach back bezel to inside of monitor
3. Flip the monitor over so the screen is facing you and start prying up the front bezel moving the flat bladed screwdriver along as you pop open the top bezel.
4 once the bezel is loose you can leave the front bezel in place and remove the back cover leaving the front bezel in situ.
5. You will see two shiny shields fixed with two screws, remove the screws and you can pop/slide the shields off.
6. Once they are removed, you will see one connecting to the screen which has two levers either side, press those in and wiggle the ribbon cable out.
7. on the other side you'll see a smaller ribbon cable which simply pulls out. You'll also see the high tension plugs which were under one of the RF shields they are usually pink and blue, make a note of which goes into where and unplug
8. You're now ready to remove the screws around the edge of the LCD screen and it should come off as one unit.
9. You'll see two boards with one of them which has a black non shorting cover held on by one screw, remove the cover, then proceed to remove the other three screws.
10. Locate where the power is usually plugged in and you'll see two screws either side of the power socket remove those.
11. You should see that the power supply board is now loose and can be wiggled free making sure you don't damage the berg strip connector which attaches it to the other board. it usually comes out at a slight angle quite easily.
12. Once out flip it over and examine the tops of the brown capacitors you'll see that two have vented, and gone pyramid shaped, they've blown.... In my experience and I've repaired hundreds of these monitors it is only ever these two that have gone, but if you find others that have vented replace those as well, making sure you observe polarity correctly with the replacement capacitors

How to remove visonik vcd51 head unit from car dashboard

This usually involves removing the plastic bezel around the stereo. Sometimes these plastic bezels hold some buttons for air conditioning and heat, as well as the hazard lights button. These plastic bezels usually are just snapped in with metal clips on the back of them. You can pry them outward and with a good yank they will pop out. Once you have the plastic bezel around the radio removed, there will be 2-4 screws on the sides, or top and bottom. Once you remove those, the whole radio will pull right out of the dash. Then you have to un-clip the wire harness from the car, and unplug the antenna cable. If you plan on putting a different stereo in the car, KEEP the mounting bracket around the stereo, as well as the "wiring harness" that was used to plug into the vehicle harness. That will save you about $50 in parts to put a new stereo in.

Screen not backlit

The inverter is probably going out. They're cheap and easy to replace. EBay usually has them for around 10 bucks. Just search for Dell D520 inverter. It sits behind the screen bezel and just plugs in. There's screws around the screen behind the little bumpers. I believe it's 4 across the top and 2 on the bottom corners. Then just pry the bezel off by pulling between the screen and the bezel. Hope this helps!

how to disassemble monitor Dell 1800fp ?

Remove the base by the button release or 4 screws on the back. On the bottom of the monitor near the corners you will find two thin slots where you can insert a thin wide blade screwdriver or pry tool. Very gently pry the back from the bezel toward the center from both of these slots until the bottom is seperated, then contilue from the slots around the corners and up the sides until you have seperated the entire back from the bezel. Lay the monitor on the bezel and remove the back ( do not try to remove the bezel, at least not yet). Lift the tape that secures the ribbon cable from the bezel buttons to the logic board. Unplug the ribbon cable from the logic board by pulling on the connector (not the cable). Remove the cable covers from the back of the case (one has a screw, the other has a lift tab) and disconnect the lamp connectors and ribbon cable connectors (do not pull on the wires). remove four screws and lift the metal back from the screen.
