use. The iPod Touch is no exception. Load it requires only the USB cable and

options for the "sleep after" setting. On a Mac, go to "System
Preferences" and click on "Energy Saving" option. Check the box
next to "Put the hard drive (s) to sleep when possible".
3. Connect the iPod to the USB cable. Connect the other end
of the cable to your computer. Your iPod will automatically begin charging.
4. Turn off the iPod when it reports that it has completed
