How to make a Wi-Fi for your iPod?

The iPod Touch has Wi-Fi capabilities so you can connect to wireless networks within range of the signal from your iPod. Understanding of how Wi-Fi connectivity and login to activate an available wireless network is essential to ensure proper network activity on your iPod touch. Get the most from your iPod to access the network for updates, instant messages and downloads.

1. Click the "Settings" button on the touch screen in front.

2. Touch "Wi-Fi" and press "On" to activate the wireless network.

3. Tap "WiFi" and wait for the list of networks available to fill. Tap the name of the network to connect. Tap "Join" when the iPod does not connect automatically.

4. Enter the wireless network password or encryption key as requested. The network administrator's password if necessary. Hit "Connect".
