When the iPod touch battery dies, you cannot do anything
with the device. You will receive a warning on the screen of the iPod touch,
when 5 percent of the battery turns on the device. Connect the device to a
power source as soon as possible to load and prevent the battery goes dead.
When the battery dies, the unit will shut down and will be connected to a power
and charged before you can use
1. Press the iPod touch "Sleep / Wake" button,
located along the upper side of the machine. If your iPod does not care, this
is an indicator that the battery is dead.
2. Connect a charging cable to charge your iPod and connect
the USB cable to a power of high power. High-power USB ports directly on your
computer tower or, if the hardware usually found in the tower on the monitor,
the monitor itself. The iPod touch screen shows a big red battery icon on the
far left of the icon, indicating that the battery was empty.
3. Press the "Sleep / Wake" to see if the iPod is
connected. If so, check the battery life, looking at the battery icon in the
upper right corner of the screen. When the icon appears white, the battery is
full when the icon is half black, the battery is almost dead, and if the
battery is almost dead, you will receive a warning. If the iPod does not start,
the battery is completely dead. In this case, your iPod into electronics store
and have the battery replaced.
