Tip & How-To about Computers & Internet

How do I take an Insert Out of an iHome

The iHome clock radio functions as an iPod with speakers and works with all iPods, as long as you use the right places. The insert keeps your iPod fits into the machine. Any model of iPod has made a special insert, and they are not interchangeable. When a new iPod, you must use the entry age of your iHome to take the right path for your new iPod to be found.

1. Agitation insert firmly with your fingers to try to release it.

2. Lift the insert into place and secure it with the other inserts.

3. Size of all posts and find out which one goes best with your new iPod. Put it on your iHome instead of the old.

remote won't control my 4th generation ipod nano

Hey I figured it out. When you bought the 4th generation ipod nano it came with it's own dock insert. It fits perfectly and fixes everything, including the remote issues. Now my only problem is I have a black ihome and a white insert :( Good luck!
