''STOP'' button collapsed below top cover of machine ZOOM HD-16 Digital Recorder , to remove top cover, do I need to remove every knob on the top plate? i.e. slider knobs? EQ buttons ? Etc If so do I lever each one up with ...a flat-head screwdriver? or ? ... thanks for any advice..the machine is just out of the warranty period (5 weeks over) , and other than the collapsed button, all is working ok, but the ''stop'' problem makes the machine awkward to operate, hopefully it will be a 'reasonably' simple procedure to remove the top cover, so I will attempt to do the repair myself rather than go to the inconvenience and probable expense of the distributors service thanks for any help ... surround channel speakers are not working. front speakers work, no center speaker connection, but I hooked up a small pair of speakers to the surround channel, one cable is 50 feet long and the other 30, both are 16 gauge wire. speakers are functional, I hooked them up to the front channel and they work, but for some reason nothing is shooting out from surround connection. thanks Yamaha Natural Sound AV Receiver HTR 6130

My Philips GoGear (4GB), model SA6145/37 will not show up after loading software from factory disk. The operating system is XP Pro. My old computer ran XP Home and it worked fine. I tried it on my wife's computer running Vista Home and it works just fine, could there be a driver missing? I have switched USB connections and still does not work, I'm at a lost. Wilson Walker
