Our customer has run to X-key devices for a couple of years now on two Windows 2000 clients without any problems. Today the got these messages on both clients. "Unable to find PIBus.sys" and "No X-keys found. Please plug in your X-keys device or check Device Configuration from Options Menu." Windows Update is disabled, and the IT-department claim they have not touched the clients. What could be done to fix the problem? /Harald

Dear Pie, I have just converted (from macOS9) to mac OSX (10.5 = Leopard). I am having trouble finding software that will run all my X-keys (I have 8 of them) in my medical practice. They all worked great under OS 9 with the software you provided at that time. Your website says to use "iKey for X-keys" but unfortunately it doesn't seem to work anymore and hasn't been upgraded for ? 2 years. This was a bit of a shock for me cos I had expected to continue to use them + intended to buy some more soon PLEASE have you any robust recent software that Macs can use to program Xkeys PLEASE reply - what is going on, (even if it is a short reply) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! many thanks Ken G

We are user of seversal keyboard (20 nr) with little card Card PS2/USB-C VER 1.3, but there are not spare part for it. In a card there is a chip CY7C63413-PVC, programed and loocked to copy. Where can I download xxxx?.bin file for record a new chip? Thank for help me
