Why is it that only my xlr and tape inputs working, no signals from s1, s2, and s3,. thanks in advance

If you're able to switch between them then your issue is possibly relay, relay driver or microprocessor related; all of which require a service techs attention. hope this helps. Gene

Hello, after plugging on Ipod through my preamp

Sounds like the volume was way up when the iPod turned on. iPods are DC and cause a sudden thump through the speakers when they power on.
If the fuse is not blown, there may be another fuse you have not seen. Most amps have three to five fuses especially a 150watt/channel like the Krell.

I think maybe the xlr input might be going bad

try switching cables from one channel to the other and see if the problem follows the cables.

Krell kav300i, increasing volume by itself.

That is an extremely odd problem. I suggest finding a tech in your area who is familiar with the unit, or contacting krell directly.

Where can I get a fuse for my Krell KSA 300 amplifier.I had a blown fuse on the left channel.

Fuses rarely go on their own. The cause is likely to be a shorted semiconductor device in the left channel output. Fuses are generally not specific to any brand. Is the fuse a tube with metal ends? If it is measure the length in MM. Then look at the end and you should see the rating. Either in A for Amps or MA for milliamps. Any electronic parts supplier should have the one you want in stock. Buy several, for if the part I mentioned has gone, it will blow again.

Thai will require removal of the top cover to move jumpers or program dip switches in proper order. This will be explained in the owners manual which is located at Krells web site.
