Most likely low on refrigerant. This will cause the evaporator to ice up which will then drip in side the room as the outer surface melts. It also causes less air flow through the heat exchanger which exacerbates the problem. You need to find the source of the leak which is probably at one of the flare joins. The thermostat is the only communication between indoor and outdoor units.

First check power or (high voltage) to outside unit if good make sure you have thermostat voltage or (low voltage) to the outside unit.

drain line clogged is the most common, possible rusted out or cracked drain pan. cooling fine?

The problem is the indoor unit pipe thermistor. Replace it and it will works.

Had similar problem (ie. 2 green & red flashed followed by 5 red flashes - Fan blowing but not cooling ... I also noted that the outside unit fan wasn't going). Tried restarting several time after waiting only a minute or two after turning the mains power off but with no change. So turned the unit off at the mains power and then fired it up about 2hrs later and it was all working fine.

Seems like a problem with ur condenser power wiring, check diconnect, line from breaker should be in line and line goin to cond should be on load
