Reboot the voice mail system.If still an issue call in a tech/vendor.

Dial Feature 985
When the display changes to say SET something, dial 9
it'll prompt for a password, dial 73738767793
it'll ask if you want to reset the password, say YES
then you'll be able to login with feature 983 1020000

Cycle the power on the voicemail system. If that does not work, you may have to replace the voicemail power supply, or send the voicemail system for repair.

Does reset pswd come up on the right hand side of the display if so there is a key just below that that you press called the soft key

To Create Your Personal Greeting:
1. Press the Check Voicemail key or press the Feature button, then 981
2. Enter your password
3. Press the ADMIN softkey
4. Press the GREET softkey
5. Press the REC softkey
6. Press the PRIME softkey
7. Press the YES softkey
8. At the tone, record your new greeting, press the OK softkey to end your recording and then the OK softkey again to accept the new recording

Seems to be a known issue. The normal way is to disconnect the main control box unit. There is a video in the link https://www.google.com/search?q=wo+lines+stuck+on+a+Norstar+phone ..

Check handset cords

Set System Time 1-Feature **TIME 2-Password: BASIC 3-Change time as prompted in the display

You are probably inadvertantly did a busy station signal to sta 24 and are still queued up to it. Call 24 AND have them ANSWER to clear it. You may have to do it multiple time as most systems will allow 8 stations in the queue

Does it light up? Does the speakerphone work? Have you swapped the cords and handsets?

I'm have trouble seeing through the internet and do not know what make or model you are referring to? Have you tried being ON THE HANDSET and then pressing the handsfree/speakerphone key?

Make sure its plugged in right.
