I only see one previous post of yours at FixYa, about a password to some unspecified website. If you posted your question on some other website then please go to that website to find solutions.

Hi Ben - my advice would be to try adding a lot more details to your problem including the year, make and model of your automobile along with any fixes you may have tried already. Experts usually are much faster to provide helpful solutions when they have enough details to provide a solid solution. Hope that helps!

Not directly. They used to have a "marketplace" where people could pay to get solutions from qualified experts, but that system flopped miserably. They also used to have a points store where you could "buy" things with the points you get from answering questions, but that too is gone. As of today, premium questions are no longer available on Fixya and you cannot apply. Premium services were offered in the past, but Fixya moved to an all free modal some time ago.Hope that helps!

Dear Lebanon,FixYa removed the lounge some time ago as the lounge became a "Battle Field" between the experts and it has lost it's basic and first goal: A place for experts to exchange information and share their thoughts. Please know that currently we are re-thinking the lounge format and hope to bring it back in a slightly different form so it will be beneficial to our experts and users.

Sign into your Fixya account. Once signed in, click your avatar at the top right of the page and click the "My Account" link in the dropdown. On the My Account page scroll down the My Settings section, update your full name and then click save my information. Hope that helps!
