If you have an iCloud account you can backup your iPhone 4 by going to Settings, iCloud, Storage & Backup, Back Up Now.
Then when the new phone arrives and you get the option to restore from a backup choose Restore from iCloud Backup, choose your backup and wait. You new phone will be just like the old one was. Same apps, wallpaper, photos .etc

Slim chance, but if they were important to you, you could try this.

It won't try to recover photos from your phone because iPhone 5 is not supported yet, but you can try letting it recover them from the iTunes backup file even though they were not successfully backed up.

Acctually you don't need any specific software to install vpn on your iphone. You can do this using standard iPhone settings.

To make a new vpn connection in your iOS device you need to do the next:
  1. 1. Go to Settings > General > VPN
