What exactly is your question, stop the clock from controlling and stay in off position or instantaneous switch to off?, but will cycle on and off in the future.
There are dogs that control the on and off and the dogs can be moved or removed.
There is a shiny white lever below the disk that when operated will switch on and off power to the load being controlled.

There should be a switched power to timer, if not turn breaker off for pump, heater and check again.

Visit a local store that has one in stock and review the directions printed on the interior cover.

It sounds like the actuator pin may have broken off on the backside of the clock dial. They do sell just the internal portion of the T101 as a replacement.

clock motor is bad to fix it you have to replace it, i would go with replacing the whole thing.
