I've this same issue, if someone's got a solution, please do share. :( I'm no noob when it comes to laptops but also not too much of a nerd either, i've ran the installation as administration and checked all the possible boxes and also changed the graphics. Still nothing.

Reinstall it using administrator privileges and also make sure to unblock it before reinstalling by right clicking then chose the last option at the bottom of the pop up window which I believe its specifications another window will pop up look for the unblock option then click ok then right click on installation file again then click on run as administrator hope this helps

Windows will search for the driver and install it for you. You may want to contact the software vendor for help, they know better then anyone what is needed.

more than likely you have more than on account on your PC, you will need to login as administrator. It would help me if i knew what version of windows you are running and i could help you more

When you launch the .exe, right lick it and look at the options. There should be one that says "run as Administrator". That should fix your issue.

I had that with my old computer, turns out it couldn't handle the graphics and such; so that may be your problem as well. I'm running the game on my windows 7 laptop with AMD HD graphics and it works like charm, with no crashing.

It could be overheating. Make sure your computer can handle the game's requirements and perhaps used some canned air on your computer.

For this type of error, you will need to modify the game's desktop icon that you run under elevated privileges. To do this, please follow the steps below.

1. Right click the icon and select Properties.

2. Select the Compatibility tab.

3. Now check the Run as an administrator checkbox.

4. Before clicking OK, determine if you need to set this elevated privilege for other users.

5. If you have other users that will be using the game, at the bottom click the Change settings for all users button. A new dialogue will popup with changes for all users.

6. Check the Run as an administrator checkbox. You can now OK, OK out of the Properties dialogue.

I suggest you can try to create administrator account or try to change the account type to administrator. Try going to Control Panel.

Uninstall and run the set up exe. as the Admin. Make sure to delete folders it might have made in the Docoments as well as the computer>c:>program files before you reinstall it. Hope this works (",)

Maybe your console might be having something wrong with the graphics chip inside of the console went bad and needs to be replaced.

The old consoles will not work on newer TV's you need a CRT TV for it to work on.
