MacOs just print with PS (PostScript).
Probably your machine do not have it (moustly because it is extra and it is to expensive)
But you can download from a web sit called "Gutenprint for Mac OS X" (make a search on Goggle and you will find it) a generic driver for PCL printers
You will not be able to take full advantage of the machine but... work.

I didnt try it but Looks like there is a printer driver that will work with any PCL printer. Just have to install the HP ijs driver.

MacOS does not support PCL driver (only the latest versions of MacOs support it). You need to install the PS (PostScript) Driver but for that your machine needs to have PS installed to.
This is optional on several models.
If you really what to print with your Mac and extract all functionalists you have to put this optional.
You could go around the problem by installing in Your Mac a virtual machine with Windows...

Do you see Any Error Message on the Display?

Unplug the Unit for Few Minutes, say 30 minutes and then Turn it ON. If the Problem Persists, more often it is a Hardware Failure.

In these Models, there is an Electronic Sensor that senses the Paper Jam. It seems that it might be at Fault. The Sensor is not Serviceable and it has to be replaced. These Sensors are not easily Available in the Market.If you could find the Sensor, i would be able to Guide you to Fix this. You need to have Schematics which we might find later on, once you would get the Sensor.

Note - I am taking into consideration that you have already checked and made sure that there is no Paper Jam.Sometimes, you might find small clips of Paper in and around the Rollers.

You can't. As I said you need the service engineer with the laptop. These Office Machines are NOT consumer serviceable. They hook up the laptop with the Ricoh software and it interrogates the computer, the mainboard and everything on it. Hello Christopher Are you in the Philippines? I notice that your copier has changed from Ricoh to Gestetner? We are a North American website. This is a commercial office machine, and from my experience of them is that on the right side you will see on the inside, a list of instructions for where to check for obstructions. It seems you have already done this 8 times! Frustrating! Try this; Open the right side cover, unlatch all the bits at that side. Open the straight pass door on the left side. remove ALL the paper drawers. Get a powerful flashlight, look in all the spaces you have just created, especially at the edges of drawers and paper pathways. You are looking for a tiny piece of paper that one of your employees carelessly left behind after a paper jam.The one I found was right at the back of the straight pass door. When a sensor is covered, it creates that message. If that fails, Ricoh will have to come and attach their Laptop scan software to it which will tell which sensor is obstructed or has failed.
