We can try to reseat memory and check if the issue gets fixed. If issue persists, then try with one memory each, providing the link for manual for memory installation:http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/ins1525/en/SM/memory.htm#wp1180987

Internet explorer asking for the page to be recovered is usually a page issue, multiple things you can go to check this out.
1. Try another page, I would usually try google.com (simple & fast)
2. Reset the browser (on IE, Tools > Internet options > advanced tab > reset) - should take care of a lot of issues
As for the speed of internet, that depends on the connection you have... if it's wireless, try wired (best way to ts connectivity issues)

Can't DOWNLOAD it or can't INSTALL it? Are you saving it to your computer first to install it later, or are you trying to install it while downloading? Save the files to your computer first, then run the install when the download is complete. What method of internet are you using (cable modem, DSL, dial up)?

Maybe theres a short in the headset, or a problem between the jack and the motherboard. If it's built in mic, go to your sound settings in the control panel and make sure mic is active. if not you may need a new driver. Try going to Dell.com and look for driver updates for you to download. Most computer manufacturers let you upgrade from their site. If you are unsure what kind of hardware you have, try a free app called Belarc Adviser that is free on the web. It scans your system and displays model numbers of all hardware and version numbers and names, including updates, of all installed software.

Hope this helps,

Try using a 32-bit copy of Windows. If you are using a 64-bit, it will only run on a 64-bit PC. It should recognize the hardware, but sometimes errors occur.
