How do you fit 6mm collet cone on new produce

You have, I presume, already locked the spindle and loosened the collet nut with the wrench, have you not?
Once the nut is loose, you should be able to remove it by spinning it off the threads by hand. Then insert the 6 mm collet cone into the collet,
carefully thread the collet nut back onto the collet, and tighten it with the bit in place.
Sometimes bits are a snug fit, especially into a new collet. If you have some fin sandpaper you can gently chamfer the very end of the bit where you first insert it into the collet, and this may help to insert it. If you have to, push a bit.
I have noticed that some companies tend to mill the shafts of their bits a little too close to the exact tolerance, or even oversize them slightly, and this can cause frustration when inserting their bits. In exceptional circumstances, I have resorted to polishing a couple of small bit shafts with very fine (600 grit or so) emory cloth, just to allow the bit to enter the collet. I would not recommend this with a new router collet, unless you have checked the bit with a micrometer and it is oversize. Odds are you just need to break things in a little.
The force need not be brutish, but you may need to use some force, yes.

If I've managed to answer your question or solve a problem, please take a moment to kindly rate this post....thanks!

Powerless

I would first use compressed air and thoroughly blow thru the vents. Second I would take out the brushes they have a black cap over them and after removing wipe them off with a clean rag and reinstall. Look at the cord for cracks in outer jacket. Plug in and try again. If this doesn't work UNPLUG tool and turn collet nut by hand and connect again and retry. That is about the only things you can do safely. When storing sometimes dust and debris gets inside tool and can make the brushes loose contact with the armature

I am having difficulty changing the cutting bit on a Makita 3620

If I understand this right you can't remove the bit from the collet. If this is true there might be dirt on the collet and you can try and blow it out with compressed air. What I would do if that doesn't help is support the collet nut allowing the bit to hang free and gently tap on the back of the bit and this will remove it. It is possible that you may have overtightened it or the bit has a burr on it. Good luck

Towel caught in front roller

Well, it sounds like you have a belt sander. I would start by sacrificing the towel and the belt. Even if you tried all day and were able to save them they would probably look like they got caught in a sander. Get a utility knife and change the blade, you will want a brand new sharp blade for this. Start by cutting as much of the exposed towel off as you can. Remember, at this point the only thing you might be able to save is the sander. Cutting off the belt will relieve the tension. When you cut the belt give yourself enough belt on ether side to get a good grip. You might need to pull the belt back and forth as you remove small pieces of the towel. A good pair of pliers might help grip the towel fragments. When you finally do remove all the towel and the belt, take some time to look around the drum for fibers that might be stuck in the bearings and pull them out. You may need needle knows pliers for this. Keep the towel shreds for sating rags to finish the project you're working on so it will not be a total waist. Good Luck Ray

I just used my new Makita 2012NB planer for the first time and the rollers do not grab and move the board even as I lower the cutter head. The board eventually gets stuck and won't budge.

Makita batterie AH-BMA6MB blinks red and not charging, what is the faults please

Google doesn't seem to be able to find the part number you supplied... Check your instruction book but I believe the flashing red light to mean the intelligent charger is refusing to charge the battery because it has tested it and found it faulty but there is no way of knowing what the fault is. There is a temperature sensor inside the battery and perhaps that has failed the test - or it could be a crystalised cell that has been discharged too long - or it could be the battery is trying to consume too much current - or perhaps it is open circuit and consumes nothing...

Makita drill overheating

You may need to change the brushes if it is a brushed motor. When you do this you may need to clean the armature with some contact cleaner and a rough cloth to remove and build up of gunk. It's best to change brushes early, as overheating due to wear can cause damage to the armature and brush holders. New brushes are easily found online, and very cheap. See here for a demonstration of how to change brushes. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ffXyDqPXCNE

If you are certain your batteries charge on another charger then its time to replace your charger - there are no serviceable parts in it. Or you can sell it as a music box...
