go to your local hardware store and get a small can of 10 weight furnace fan motor oil,it has a spout to help direct it to the oiling point too

if the motor is running and the blade is not turning here is a rubber coupling that has probably broken.the blender will need to be pulled apart and that part will need to be replaced . it is designed to absorb sudden shocks if something hard is hit and has broken rather than burning out the motor. there are two other torx screws holding the rest of the plastic parts after the switch assy is removed by uncliping it .

Have you tried greasing it near the blade. I read in my instruction book that sometimes they seize if they aren't used often. They also suggest trying to soak the wand in a pot of hot water for a minute or two and then trying to use it in the water. Hope this helps

Instructions state to remove it, turn it clockwise, so the opposite remains true. To replace it, turn it counterclockwise.
