Milwaukee Tool Milwaukee 6266 - 22 6.2 - AMP Orbital Jig Saw Questions & Answers
Blade won't stay straight
Use a higher quality blade, this will help.
It happens with a Jig saw. You have to mind the direction of the force you push on the unit.
A better blade will cut easier and faster and will be less likely to bend.
ALSO: this tool has orbital. This feature makes the unit cut much faster but is much less accurate for cutting. If you need to make a really straight cut, make sure orbital is off.

Let me know if you need more help.
How replace blade on 7 1/4 circular saw - Milwaukee
UNPLUG THE SAW first!! Look for the blade lock on the top or front of the motor body, Hold the lock button down while turning the blade nut with a wrench. After a bit you'll feel the lock button engage and hold the blade firm. Rotate the the wrench counter clockwise and remove the nut, Slide the blade out from under the guard and replace with a new one. Reinstall the nut following the above procedure.

Cordless 18 volt lithium ion sawzall hums and clicks blade wont move
I don't know what model you have but Milwaukee sawzalls use a wobble shaft and wobble plate to turn the rotary motion of the armature into the reciprocating action of the blade. If you motor is working (hums?) but the blade won't move one or more of these parts are broken and hitting eacher (clicks?) inside the gear case. You or a repair center will have to take the gear case apart to find our what's broken and determine whether it's worth repairing.
My old sawzall from the 1980's has started to leak
the grease has broken down and would need serviced. As far as parts and breakdowns go to milwaukeetool.com and you would need the model and serial number so you can download a parts and also wiring schematic. They also have a service locator that you can buy parts from locally. If you need more assistance let me know and I will try and help
