Your right, what happemd when the fuel is left in for a while is, the petrol evaporates off leaving the oil gumming up everything. You can flush through with need fuel, but make sure you remove all the parts first and dont run the engine on the neat fuel.

You probably have a broken starter pawl, remove recoil starter and investigate

Your adjust the carb using the tuning screws on the side of the carb.

I dont knowthe exact model you have, but is there anyway of taking up the throttle slack on the machine you have.?

Should be on a sticker or on the engine housing

Possible threaded fuel cable, or the trigger return spring has come off

1:50 two stroke oil1 part oil to 50 parts fuel

part number is 530095646, check the fuel lines are still good and haven't split

Your local husqvarna dealer can be found by searching google online

turn the 'H' down a little, you may need to buy the special tuning screwdriver to do this
