What exactly is wrong with the CPU? Typically CPUs don't actually stop working.

Two suggestions:1. Try F10 or F12 during boot. There might be a boot menu without going into BIOS. Mine is F10.2. Update CMOS / BIOS.

USB 2 and 3 are the data speed capability of the interface it is possible to connect a USB3 flashdrive into a usb2 socket all that will happen is the files will transfer slower than on a usb3 socket. Hope this was helpful.

Your machine is very short of power required for win 10, I would like to see at least 8 GB ram, and a faster processor, yours is at the bottom of tests. Perhaps you should look at a new machine with win 10 installed. You cannot upgrade xp to win 10. You will have to purchase a win 10 license, you missed the free upgrade period.

yes you can. Win 7 win8 win 8.1 are no supported by Microsoft, only win 10.
