Is your SD card formatted. I had a similar problem and then fixed it. They have pretty good phone tech support. Get the phone number from online if the above doesn't work a you can format the SD card.

Just use Quicktime. It works for me and it's free. plug into USB port. should mount on desktop. Go to folder DCIM then 100MEDIA and just drag and drop the MOV files in the folder of your choice.
