Our bbq temperature will not
I bought a new Brinkman from Home Depot this summer. I had the same problem using natural gas. I took the BBQ back for a refund. They are junk. It took us 20 minutes to warm up a hot dog.

New grill, grill is burning
Sometimes if you open the valve on the tank a little to fast, Or the burners are on when you open the tank, there can be a surge of gas that can activate a flow restrictor. try turning off the the tank with the grill valves on. listen for a little click or ping. Then shut the grill off and open the tank valve slowly

Brinkman grill 3 burner pro series 8300 won't
To restore gas to the burners, follow the instructions below.
1. Turn the gas tank valve OFF and disconnect the hose from the tank.
2. Wait 5 minutes and reconnect the hose to the tank.
3. Open the tank valve VERY, VERY SLOWLY (Slow motion, slow).
4. Once the tank valve is fully open, light the burner farthest from the tank first and set the burner
control knob on HIGH. Does the flame height look correct for being set on HIGH? If so, light
the remaining burners the same way. Do all the burner flames look correct? If so, you solved
the problem. Remember, to always open the tank valve Very, Very Slowly.
If that didn't solve the problem, you will need to replace the grill's
Hose/Regulator Assembly. It runs about $30.00 at any home center or
hardware store that sells grills & accessories. If you replace it,
turn the tank valve ON Very, Very Slowly.
Hope this helped you to troubleshoot and solve the problem. Happy Grilling.

I am not getting gas
Hopefully, you'll get this in time to solve the problem for your 4th of July Cookout.
1. Turn the tank valve OFF and disconnect the hose from the tank.
2. Wait 5 minutes and reconnect the hose to the tank.
3. Open the tank valve VERY, VERY SLOWLY (Slow motion, slow).
4. Once the valve is fully open, light the burner farthest from the tank first & turn it to HIGH.
Did the burner light and the fa,e height look correct? If so, light the remaining burner exactly
the same way. Now, do all the flame heights look correct? If so, you solved the problem.
Always remember to turn the tank valve ON Very, Very Slowly.
If
the above didn't solve the problem, you will need to replace the
grill's Hose/Regulator Assembly, as the regulator is locked up. You can
pick one up from any home center or hardware store that sell grills and
accessories for about $30.00. Take your old one with you for
comparison purposes.
I hope this helped you troubleshoot and solve the problem, Please let me know and Happy Grilling!!

When pressing igniter switch -
If you're using a 20 Lb Propane grill tank, here's what you need to do.
1. Turn the tank valve OFF.
2. Disconnect the hose from the tank and wait 5 minutes.
3. Reconnect the hose to the tank and open the tank valve VERY, VERY SLOWLY (Slow motion,
slow).
4. Once the valve is fully open, light the burner farthest from the tank first and turn it to HIGH.
Did the burner light and the flame looks normal? If so, light the remaining burners the same way.
Did all the burners light and all the flame heights look normal? If so, you solve the problem.
Always remember to turn the tank valve on very, very slowly. If that did not solve the problem, remove and clean all the burners and each burner's venturi valve. Spiders love to build nest in them.
iIf cleaning the burners and venturi valvesdidn't solve the problem, you will need to replace the Grill's Hose/Regulator Assembly. You can get one at any home center or hardware store that sells gas grills and accessories for about $30.00. Take your old one with you for comparison purposes.
Hope all this helped you to troubleshoot and solve the problem. Please let me know. Happy Grilling!!

Do all grills take the same regulaters does a four
For the most part, yes. The size of the regulator is based on what the maximum BTU Output of all the burners (Main Burners, Side Burner, Rotisserie Burner, etc) would be, if they were all turned to high at the same time. To keep the cost low, most manufacturers use the same hose/regulator assembly on all their grills, regardless of the number of burners.
Hope this helped you and Happy Grilling!!

What are the dimensions on a Master Forge Double
Since Lowe's is the only retailer that stocks and sells this import. All it took was one phone call to my local Lowe's, to get the exterior dimensions, 45" High x 15" Deep x 15 /38" Wide.
Hope this helped you.

I need a instruction book
You can download the Owners Manual from Brinkmann's website. However, you will need to have the model number of your grill/smoker handy, when you do this.

Flame can't be adjusted ,starts off mid level and
Turn the tank valve off and disconnect the grill hose from the tank. Wait five minutes and reconnect the hose to the tank. Turn the tank valve On VERY, VERY SLOWLY. Once the valve is completely open, light the burner farthest from the tank and turn the flame to high. Move to the next burner and repeat, until all the burners are lit. Are all the flame heights back to normal? If so, problem solved. If not, repeat the procedure again. If that doesn't solve the problem after the second attempt, it's time to replace the grill hose/regulator. You can purchase one at any home improvement center or hardware store that sells grills. Be sure to take your old one with you, to get the proper length and size.
Hope this helped solve your problem.
