Hi,

If the computer does not have a built in "CAPS" indicator you have two choices.
1: Install software that will show you the CAPS / NUMLOCK status.
2: Use a different keyboard (USB) that includes the status indicators.

Boot with a Installation or Repair disc or USB drive - issue these from the Command
Prompt and hit ENTER after each.

C:

bootrec /fixmbr

bootrec /fixboot

bootrec /scanos

bootrec /rebuildbcd

After the above you may need to run Automatic Repair (even 2 or 3 times) - Option 5

Try removing the battery and then holding down the power button for a few minutes to discharge the cache. Reinstall the battery, and without starting the phone, plug it in to charge. If this doesn't work you will have to do a hard reset.

Many password locks can be removed. The hard drive IS NOT one of them.Pretty much ,your only recourse is to buy a new hard drive and reinstall everything.

ever thing to look on acer.com?

here it is 1st goggle hit BTW

https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/481946/recovery-error-code-0xc0000034

HDD boot files dead , corrupted or missing.
we test the HDD first, do the smart tests if those fail the HDD is bad and there is no recovery on HDD that is dead.

OK, learn to do tests, and in the right order or long wasted labor.

others do the hope this works thing.
skipping step one test HDD

https://www.laptopmag.com/articles/fix-0xc0000034-error-windows-10

bad hdd have corrupted OS, and corrupted everything. and if true, is DOOMED.

new HDD if bad and new OS fresh installed. if HDD is bad.

fixing this is based on pure logic even computer logic.

1: back up you data first, ( ask how ? a is x10 more difficult task on a dead PC, but do ask and is whole other long post. or lean to google, "how to backup data on dead PC"
2: then run the full Smart tests in the HDD>
if this fails your HDD is bad. a FACT.
I use my Linux demo disk to test the HDD, ask how.

buy a new hdd , put it in.
3: we then get unstated windows recovery media.
and do a fresh windows install

there are the steps, any shop or tech does.
besides the BCD repair steps seen in first link.

Larry Ng is a computer and automotive expert who has warned you about upgrading the BIOS.

Information at the Acer web site is available, but requires your enter information to get the correct BIOS. You might consider paying a competent technician to do it for you to lessen the risk.

hi,

Some users experienced similar problems when SP2 was released, so this could be the problem. If the user sees a stop error code of 0x0000007e, this first issue is likely the reason why the computer does not boot properly.
The second issue will only occur on systems with certain acer motherboards. This error manifests itself with an error code of STOP: 0x000000A5. It is unknown how to fix this problem other than by installing a USB storage device, or even possibly removing a USB mouse and replacing it with a PS/2 port compatible version.
If that is not enough, Microsoft MVP Jesper Johansson reports that there seems to be a third, less common problem with SP3 computers, this time on Intel. Some may receive a 0x00000024 stop error, which he believes may be due to an issue with either the NTFS file system being corrupted, or a faulty video driver.
go to microsoft .com under solutions page and type in the information code error they have been working on a dowload patch to correct this . go there http://support.microsoft.com.

Try connecting an USB keyboard to your Acer laptop. If the external USB keyboard does not work the the laptop is faulty.
If the USB keyboard works then reseat the laptop's keyboard connector to the motherboard, it may have become loose.
