First step in this kind of issue is check the data cable is properly socketed. Second step is perform a copy operation directly from the printer. If this fails your issue is printer or cartridge, so swap out the cartridge and retry. If still no copy - your printer has an electronics fault. E34 IS ERROR

Cassette sensor switch inside the machine body. Remove cassette outside and check machine body bottom where cassette is installed. Switch Has been misalignment by unfortunately. Align this two Switch Sensor Then again install cassette. Hope its working.....
