Lens needs cleaned or is bad. open the tray and use a q-tip with rubbing alcohol to clean the lens (probably have to tape the q-tip to a pen or something to be able to reach it without taking the cover of the Xbox).

so yeahhh.. i just blew as hard as i can into any sort of opening into the elite.. i opened the tray and blew reallyyy hard in there.. there's some holes on the side of it.. basically just blow all the dust out.. **** worked for me

i dont know what console your talking about...it may be broken depending how long youve had it.

This usually means that ether your wireless adapter is the wrong type for your router (Wireless G,N,E) or your router is having a problem,i would try unplugging your router and trying it again.....This is a very uncommon problem,You may just be in too much of a distance between the xbox and your router....

If the disk isn't damaged, take it back and get it replaced. (The Game) It has an error on it.

You're not supposed to pirate games.

You should be able to go online and type in the game title with the instruction manual on the search bar that you are using. Multiple sites should come up with what you are looking for. (EXAMPLE: NCAA FOOTBALL 09 INSTRUCTION MANUAL)
