May be a stuck relay on the circuit board. The only other thing I can think of would be a thermostat having intermittent problems.

If inducer run and igniter is not come on. 1) check igniter for any damage. 2) check pressure switch to make it close as soon as the inducer run. if it not close check the small tube that connect to it for any restriction( mostly inside the inducer compartment) clear it and restart the unit.

Be the thermostat. Kill the power to the air handler so you do not burn the transformer. Remove the thermostat from the wall. Twist the red and white wires together and turn the power back on to the transformer. The heat should come on. If it does, the thermostat is bad. If it doesnt, do the same thing but twist the red, yellow, and green wires together and power the transformer up. The air should come on in cool mode.If it does come on then we know what to check next

Is your unit plugged in? Check the breaker in breaker box in the house. Does the fan come on? Is your door switch on the unit pushed in it is located in the fan section on the unit just a push button. This sounds like a power problem. Turn on the fan switch to ON on the thermostat to see if it runs this will tell you if you have 24 volts to the board. If it doesn't run then you have a transformer problem or a board problem.
