Sounds very much like a bad machine. You seem to know what you're doing! I'd suggest contacting the manufacturer's support line.
HOW DO YOU RESET THE
push the stop button and hold it down until it beeps or the display changes (hold down 3-4 seconds usually) then unplug and reprogram.
My timer won't turn off
You do have a power failure back-up memory feature that may be involved in your problem. Try pushing Stop until your machine beeps or the readout changes , usually under 10 seconds. Then unplug your machine and plug it back in. Then try putting in the program you want again. Please let me know if this works....Thanks!
The temperature during the rise cycle is not hot
You may want to try to increase the amount of sweetener to provide a little more food for the yeast since it isn't rising enough. In other words if you are using 1/4 cup sugar, try 1/3 cup. Please let me know if this works. If not you could try the 1/3 more sugar and 1/4 more yeast too. But be careful you don't over do it. I would try just boosting the sugar first. If you don't want to add more sugar then you could lower the other ingredients a little like 10% less flour, 10% less butter, oil etc. and leave the yeast and sugar where they were. Hope this helps!
