I think i know what your problem is the USB cable it is probibly wrecked so you will have to replace it with a new one so good luck with your editing and please rate this solutiom...

It may be the file type that you've saved is not compatible with your DVD recorder.

Check the instructions on your DVD recorder, see what kind of files it plays ie JPEG, MPEG1 and MPEG2 then either save your file as one of these or download a file converstion programme from Filehippo.com such as :- Any Video Converter 3.05

Are you sure you didn't inadvertently finalize the disk? can you read the data that is recorded so far? if so why not just complete the shooting on another disk finalize both disks and then transfer the entire project to the a final disk? DVD-RW's are cheap, it is an easy work around, it is my opinion that the although he disk shows that it has capacity left that it is full.

Ooops...sounds like you accidentally deleted something that program requires. All you need to do is reinstall the software and it will replace any missing files.

change the frame size i think its called... make sure the vcr is playing and go through all the rates or sizes (whatever its called) untill you see it... i had thae same problem and this worked for me

Do you own the video clip you wish to save? If copied from another source, it is probably copy coded.

Check the format is not as a DVD would be ... very large. Save it as am MP4 and try again.
