Arc soft will also add new programs and when you use them they will water mark you creation a wast of time I believe NERO is a good complete program that includes a DVD ripper

Why removing the hard drive ? If you didn't succeed to remove Arcsoft , download RevoUninstaller.

photoscape is a program, if you wanted to learn more how to use photoscape you can visit www.youtube.com and type in photoscape, there you can find tutorials about using photoscape. Hope this helps. Please Vote :)

try another disk type , if the problem still found use another burning program and try , finaly reinstall windows
