Sigma APO Teleconverter 2x EX DG for SLR Cameras Questions & Answers
Sigma 2x tele converter is loose
I had an issue with my Sigma 1.4X TC where it became loose after several years of use. I fixed min as follows:On the camera-mount side (where TC attaches to camera) I removed the tiny four screws. Then I very carefully lifted up the metal mount being careful not to damage the ribon cable which is attached to it. I DID NOT complete remove it, I just tilted it up so as not to damage the cable. I then tightened the 3 screws that I found below that as all three were loose. I think that there may be four screws, but I could only see 3 of them without removing the plate further. after tightening the screws and replacing the metal plate and the four screws holding it, the mount was again tight and the attached lens functioned normally.

Where can I find out how to take apart a Sigma 150-600mm contemporary lens?
Taking it apart is not the problem - re-assembling it will be. Unless you have access to an optical laboratory, where laser instruments can measure the exact tolerances required, don't even think about it. You will be left with a pile of optical components, and a far higher repair bill than if you had just let the experts sort out the problem in the first place.
My sigma 50-500 lens is lock in 500mm position
I believe on some Sigma lenses there is a switch to lock it in a 'Macro' position, usually at the long end of the zoom range. If this applies to your lens, it may be worth checking that this has not been accidentally set. There may also be some information in the manual whichcame with the lens.
HOW TO TURN ON TV WITHOUT REMOTE CONTROL DEVICE?
Hello Dan, depending on the age of TV you should find an auxiliary power button to the rear of the telly usually on the left as you look at it.
They are often tiny and multi-function, especially if it's HD or 'smart'
