Get a quality diagnostic scanner on it to narrow this issue down. Sounds like an ignition module, cps, fuel pump, etc. Seriously, have it scanned for codes!

Possibly bad compressor, worn bearings in a pulley or lines TO compressor. Also, perhaps wrong refrigerant added. Sometimes it makes a difference as there are some 7 different kinds.

May be the water pump,

Clean the MAF (mass air flow sensor.)Follow the hose from the air filter to the air flow sensor.Use a proper cleaner rated safe for this purpose.

Is this what you have? Does the locking ring screw on or does it snap? Do you see a tab or anything that might have broken off? Can you compare locking rings from one side to the other? Or maybe try a locking ring from the other side for testing? My biggest problem is I can't see anything from here.

Replace the battery in your key ring.

There's a YouTube video at the link below showing replacement of the water pump and thermostat. It's lengthy, but at 29:40 and 30:18, it shows the cover bolted to the block. It should give you a pretty good idea of the orientation of the cover and the water pump. have the system checked for a draw as this will cause the battery to go flat. you don`t say but have you had the charging system checked.

like the distributor cap has crack or improperly installed. try replacing the cap.

it will be the flasher relay the part you hear tick when turning a corner when flashers going is it ticking when turned on do the lights even flash

Check bulbs for the second filament needed for flashing.

There are several things that can cause black smoke. Leaking fuel injectors, stuck valves and so on. Oil consumption can be from a leak, bad seals and a dozen other things. Your best bet at this point would be to take it to a mechanic before you do some catastrophic damage to your engine.
