Fan motor quit. I need a replacement fan & motor unit. Where may I purchase this?
My Euro-pro to241r toaster-oven may have some electrical
problems internally. I have owned it for over a year and a half and am now
smelling something like burnt plastic or rubber coming from the vents on the
right side near the control knobs. I am concerned it may cause an electrical
fire. Has anyone else had this problem?
I will take it to Wal-Mart where I bought it to see what they say.
My friend tried to look at it but said you need star shaped
screw driver heads to take it apart. Look for an online manual to see if
you can find information about a fan, but it may not be easy to get to with
basic tools.
Did you try looking at there website
www.Euro-pro.com which is posted by the model number?Radioshack may be a possibility.Good luck, Tom

Hi, Lars, W/D here.
Sorry that this appeared offensive to you. Take another look!
When you come to FixYa, you have several options. The first is to post your question and people familiar with your issue give you repair options for free. If you don't want to wait, and wish to go directly to one-on-one chatting for a fee, you can do that too.
You don't have to pay anything to post a question here, and you'll get a good many answers from experienced people who are just trying to help people like yourself repair the things that they can fix without the cost of a service call. Pretty good deal, huh? Anyway, you've misunderstood how this works. Give it another try, and I think that not only will you be back, but you may find yourself willing to help others by sharing the things that you know how to do. Great Karma.
Best regards,
--W/D--
