Startup disk is full on Mac. How to clean it?
The OS X flashes the message 'Startup disk is almost full' when your OS drive (boot disk) is out of free spaces. Though it is not a major issue but its solution should be made asap.
You can make some quick free spaces through below tips/tricks
1) Empty Your Trash
2) Lighten your Download folder by removing unnecessary downloads
3) De-Clutter your Desktop
4) Empty Caches
5) Empty Logs
6) Lighten your Dashboard
7) Get rid of unwanted apps
Since your hard drive is large (1 TB), I recommend you use free clean up Mac software in order to get rid of garbage from your Macintosh HDD. You can free clean up your Mac with

Click on the Apple in the top left corner of the screen.
Then click on "About this Mac"
Then click on "System Report"
On the left side of that screen just above Network, you should see USB. Clicking on it should bring up a full report on your USB.

It is likely a solder joint gone bad between the GPU and the board due to more ecologically friendly but more brittle non-lead solder. You can either take the computer to an Apple store and consider the cost of having the motherboard replaced (roughly $600) if it's no longer under warranty, or search for local technicians who are familiar with "reballing" the GPU (which shouldn't cost more than $200US). Be aware that a replaced motherboard may just be a swapout from another MBP manufactured under the same conditions. Read this article for more information.

How to view emails
Depends on what account you are trying to view.
For Yahoo!, GMail, Hotmail etc. any browser will be just perfect.
Else you could try using the Mail app, but you'll have to create the accounts if you haven't already.
No sound from my macbook pro

How do i reset my
You have to have your original administrator password for this. To change the administrator,
- Open the Settings application.
- Click the icon that says Accounts.
- Make sure the icon that looks like a padlock (bottom left) is in the unlock position, if it is not: Click it and enter the Administrator username and password.
- Go to the user you want to make administrator, and check the box that says Allow User to Administer This Computer
- If you want to remove the previous administrator, you go to his user and uncheck that box.
- Click the padlock to save.
- Done!

If you haven't already replaced your disply, I suggest that you take a look at ifixit.com. They are an excellent source for DIY repairs on Macs.
I've successfully followed their directions for replacing the displays on several MacBook 13.3" models.
