Condensation (water) keeps leaking into the

as i don't know what type your home is, but most water problems relate the to the roof lining seal its the membrane from the roof to the wall chanels water away, it should be fitted all round. another thing can bet the the gutter is in the wrong position, wrong angel or in the seal and when it rains the water will go under the seal instead of down the seal. seal on the sides is fixed both side. but were the gutter are its open sided this is to let air flow around the loft or roof space. hope this helps you find the problem

I have a Fujitsu heating/cooling

Hi,
I think that the problem is that the unit has developed a leak and is low on freon charge...
the unit will run for a few minutes during which the low pressure sensing is disreagarded... then after a few minutes the unit will shut down because of the low pressure....

you will need to have a tech. find the leak, fix it and then recharge the sytem again...

The low temperatures will make the problem worse because it causes the gas to shrink more and drops the pressures more...

I have a new home

Hello John,

You didn't specify which model you have, as some models (all retired, I believe) don't offer heating functionality.

Find the model # of your system, it may be located on a nameplate on the indoor unit, or you may have to search for it on the outdoor unit. Once you have the model #, go here to get the manual for your unit.

For what it is worth, the remotes typically are the same across the line of Fujitsu's split systems. If you are not able to find the exact model #, find the manual that is closest description and try using it. Of course, you won't know if your system actually has heating ability or not though.

Have a great day, and thanks for using Fixya. Please accept and rate my solution if I have been able to help.

New inverter reverse cycle leaking water out the

Is it leaking out of the evaporator(inside unit) or condenser?

If it is leaking from the outside unit on defrost then it is normal, if it is leaking from the inside unit then you have a blocked condensate drain tube!

These units defrost from time to time and is normal, it is actually melting the ice that can form on the condenser when it is cold enough outside, it has to initiate a defrost cycle so that air can flow through the condenser again after the cycle is complete.

Then it will return to normal heat pump mode, this is assuming that you have a heat pump.

An inverter uses 12 volt DC current and inverts it to 110 volt AC current.
Basically, it will take 12 volts from a car battery, and change it to 110 volt current , same as in your house. What part are you having problems with?
